B2B Claims
We accept claims of all sizes for frequent clients. We handle collections from limited Companies, LLCS, Partnership and sole proprietorships.
Skip Tracing
This involves extensive research to confirm the whereabouts of the debtors who disappear or change location or shift from one town to another and operate business on different names.
Credit analysis
We need to comprehend the financial position of the directors as well as the financial position of the company in order to come up with a negotiating strategy.
Payment plans
Majority of delinquent accounts arise as a result of financial problems. Thus some of the large claims may not have financial muscle to make full payment. We negotiate and enforce payment plans on behalf of our clients. Also we make sure all the plans are documented and signed by the debtor and approved by our client.
Settlement agreements
There are situations where the debtor has a claim against our client or there is a risk of debtor closing down the business before fulfilling the payment plan.in these cases we might be forced to negotiate settlement agreement where the debtor proposes a settlement offer lower than the original amount but agrees to pay full net amount immediately. This is subject to client’s approval.
Litigation
We partner with lawyers who are experts in debt recovery and they charge based on the claims recovered. Our clients only cater for court filing fees. While some claims may require litigation we try as much as possible to close the payment using diplomatic ways. We only use this option as the last result where the debtor is not cooperative and this must be approved by our client in writing.
Background investigation
In order to have successful results it’s very important to understand the delinquent debtor, the ownership of the business, the business itself and its employees. From this we get to understand the performance of the firm and for how long it has been in operation. We also do background research of the owners, managers and employees to enable us craft a recovery strategy and reach an agreement with the debtor. Understanding the debtor’s personality and the reason why the debtor has not paid is very crucial in developing a successful recovery strategy.
